Our Chairman's Message

As the Chairman I have been heading the organization, with a past experience for working over 36 years in Para Military Forces in various parts of the Country and in various capacities with vivid experience in the field of Law and Order, Insurgency, Anti - Naxal, Human Resources Management, General Administration and expertise in Industrial Security, Security Operations. Also served as a Chief Vigilance and Security Officer in BHEL, Corporate R&D, Hyderabad (AP) for more than five years on deputation. Achievement’s include being awarded with many Medal’s including "PRESIDENT'S POLICE MEDAL".

Professionally apart from working in the Force’s, I have been a athlete and a Foot ball Player and have been always in the merge to see the younger generation find its spirit to be proactive and hold perseverance through discipline & sportsmanship.

Our Mission is to be the premier business management company, To have a legal and regulatory environment conducive to our businesses, and our Business Council, aims to make constructive contributions to enhancing the business environment in all parts of India and works to foster trade and business relations by providing a segment of integrated facilities for its clients.

Our M.D Message

With a dedication and commitment to render services, I had earlier served the Nation’s reputed Para Military Forces(CRPF-Central Reserve Police Forces ) for 22 Plus years and had stepped down in 2007 taking a Voluntary Retirement. Further by discussions and efforts to utilise the past experience, we had formed "Surya Teja Facilities Management Pvt.Ltd " ,which had taken its good structure as a private limited company in 2010.

For strengthening of employment opportunities, STF has been closely working with the Government of AP & Telangana’s outsourcing projects as well as in the private sector and Management business. We have or will make strategic alliances with sectoral organizations for substantial progress in representing and advocating the collective interests of our clients & employees/workers. Apparently many employees are put to identify issues and make recommendations for STF’s advocacy.

Over the years we have grown from strength to strength & I attribute this prosperity to positive thinking ; Our undaunted commitment to providing services to clients. And the same services coupled with technology that is one step ahead of the curve with a highly motivated team of artisans.

I therefore, seek continued patronage of our valued clients, cooperation of our employees and our well-wishers who have contributed to the growth of the organization.
